A lot of the housing stock is old, which in cleaning terms means original woodwork, deep baseboards, radiator covers and hardwood that has been refinished more than once.
What that means for a clean
Older trim and radiators collect dust in ways flat modern surfaces do not, so first-time clients here are usually better served by a Deep Clean than a General. Multi-level rowhouses also mean stairs, which affects timing more than square footage suggests.
