Post-construction and renovation cleaning
Construction dust is not ordinary dust. It is fine, it is abrasive, it settles into every horizontal surface in a building and then resettles twice more after the first pass. Drywall residue, sawdust, adhesive film and paint spatter all need different handling, and a standard cleaning crew with standard equipment will not get a unit to move-in condition.
What the job involves
- Multiple passes: dust that has been disturbed needs time to settle before the final pass
- Full-size HEPA vacuums rather than household equipment
- Residue and adhesive removal from windows, fixtures and hardware
- Inside all cabinetry, closets and appliances
- Detail work on trim, vents, tracks and frames where debris collects

Pricing
