What is never on the bill
- Supplies and equipment: we bring everything, including a full-size HEPA vacuum
- Travel or fuel surcharges
- Cancellation fees. There is no contract.
If the condition of a home turns out to be materially different from what was described at booking, we contact you before starting rather than adjusting the invoice afterwards. You can decline at that point at no charge.
