What a General Clean covers
This is the eight-point maintenance clean, the one that keeps a home that is already in reasonable shape from sliding. It is the right choice if someone has cleaned in the last month or two, and it is what every recurring visit consists of.
Dusting and surfaces
- Shelves, surfaces and furniture dusted
Bedrooms
- Beds stripped, aired and remade
Bathrooms
- Toilet, tub, sink and mirrors cleaned
Kitchen
- Stovetop, microwave, counters, cabinet fronts and backsplash
- Stainless steel polished

- Vacuumed and wet mopped throughout
Finishing
- Trash removed, liners replaced
- Final walkthrough, and the clean is guaranteed
What it does not include
A General Clean does not include heavy scrubbing in the bathroom or kitchen, and it does not include baseboards. If there is visible buildup (soap scum in the shower, grease behind the range, dust along the trim), that work belongs in a Deep Clean. We would rather tell you that up front than have you pay for a service that was never going to fix the thing bothering you.
Who it suits
Most clients book a Deep Clean first and then hold the result with General Cleans on a biweekly or monthly plan. Recurring visits are billed at a lower per-visit rate, and most recurring clients save 15–30% compared to one-time pricing.
