Halo Housekeeping LLC ("Halo," "we," "us") provides residential cleaning services in Chicago, Illinois. This policy explains what we collect through halo-housekeeping.com, why we collect it, and what choices you have.
Information you give us
When you submit the booking form or call us, we collect:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your ZIP code and details about your home, such as bedroom and bathroom count
- The service you are interested in and any notes you choose to share
- Scheduling details and, once you become a client, notes about how you want your home cleaned
We ask only for what we need to price and schedule your service. Please do not send us payment card numbers, government identification numbers or other sensitive information through the website form.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time spent, and the site or advertisement that referred you. We use this to understand which marketing is working and to keep the site functioning.
Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies, including services operated by Google, to measure website performance and the results of our advertising. - Service providers who help us operate, such as our website host, form processor, scheduling software, payment processor and email provider
- Our own cleaners, who receive the information needed to service your home

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for up to two years and client records for as long as you remain a client plus seven years afterward, which reflects standard tax and insurance record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your information sooner and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what personal information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email info@halo-housekeeping.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted transmission of anything submitted through this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted prominently on the site.
